1. Invent the Bicycle - hit three drop targets
2. The Path to Truth - navigate past the accelerator and spinners to reach a pocket hole
3. Fire the Arbalest - activate the arbalet entry and hit four drop targets in the sub-table arbalest minigame
4. Shoot the Cannon - hit all drop targets and enter the cannon
5. Multiball #1 - free the balls from their holes
6. Multiball #2 - free the balls from their holes
7. Decode the Codex Minor - cross all lit symbols to illuminate the Codex Minor
8. Multi-barreled Gun - land in the left pocket hole three times and enter the accelerator
9. Release the Helicopter - pass through the mechanical dredge and hopper
10. Invent the Crane - send three balls into the crane trap
11. Decode the Codex Major - cross all lit symbols to illuminate the Codex Major
12. Construct the Flying Machine - pass over all lit symbols to light both Codices
